Continuous And Enhanced Water Supply Services In All Areas Of Operation Under Threat Of COVID-19
In line with Presidential Proclamation No. 922 of March 9, 2020, Declaring a State of Public Health Emergency Throughout the Philippines, and Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated 16 March 2020 on the Community Quarantine over the Entire Luzon and to promote effective management of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) situation or prevent further occurrence/outbreak of said Disease in other areas, unhampered delivery of safe water supply services to individual households and communities is highly essential to maintain personal hygiene and good health. Therefore, all water utilities/ water service providers are hereby directed to do or perform the following, viz :

ln compliance with the Memorandum from the Executive Secretary, Re: Stringent Social Distancing Measures and Further Guidelines for the Management of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID19) Situation and Civil Service Commission Announcement No. 12, series of 2O2O, we would like to inform our valued clients, guests and visitors that the National Water Resources Board is implementing the skeletal workforce for the duration of March 16 - April 14, 2020 or until such time that the Community Quarantine has been lifted.
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Resolution No. 11 series of 2020, declaring Code Red Sub-Level 2 on the COVID-19 pandemic, and suspending work in the Executive Department in Metro Manila, Memorandum of the Executive Secretary dated March 13, 2020 on the Stringent Social Distancing Measures and Further Guidelines for the Management of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Situation,
Pursuant to the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on the management of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 situation, Resolution No. 11, Series of 2020, declaring Code Red Sub-Level 2 on the COVID-19 threat, banning land, domestic air and domestic sea travel to and from Metro Manila and suspending work in the executive branch of the government from March 15, 2020 to April 12,2020, all hearings scheduled by the Water Rights Division of the National Water Resources Board (NWRB) within said period shall be postponed to a later date. This Board shall issue the appropriate orders for the rescheduling of the hearings.
