SITUATION OF ANGAT DAM AND WATER SUPPLY FOR METRO MANILA
The National Water Resources Board (NWRB) has approved an allocation of 46 cubic meters per second (CMS) from the Angat Dam equivalent to about 4000 million liters per day (MLD) allocation to Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) for the month of June while suspending the allocation for irrigation.
PROPOSED POLICY GUIDELINES ON PAYMENT SCHEME FOR PERIODIC PAYMENT ON ACCRUED ANNUAL WATER CHARGES,SUPERVISION AND REGULATION FEES AND ITS PENALTIES
The NWRB has issued Board Resolution No. 003-0107 entitled “Resolution Authorizing the Executive Director to Grant Staggard Payment on Accrued Annual Water Charges, Supervision and Regulation Fee and Penalties” which authorizes the Executive Director to grant the request for staggard payment of accrued annual water charges, supervision and regulation fees and penalties of permittees/grantees within a period of one (1) year.

ANGAT DAM WATER SUPPLY SITUATION
The National Water Resources Board (NWRB), together with the Angat Dam Technical Working Group (TWG), informs the public that water supply for Metro Manila will be sustainably managed amid the weak El Nino phenomenon being experienced in the country.
