Eligibility : Career Service Professional ( Second Level Eligibility)


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Examines application and evaluates the evidences submitted in cases involving application and/or petitions for approval, reduction, revision, and/or increase in rate of public services on schedules thereof, and application for certificates of public convenience (CPC, CPCN);
• Reports/Recommends on the analysis and evaluation made relative to application for certificates of public convenience and certificate of public convenience and necessity, application, to extend water services, increase/revise water rates, approval to of scale and transfer/deed of donation, turn-over, etc.
Analyses and studies financial statements on reports submitted in evidence in cases heard for the determination of just and reasonable rates, schedules thereof to obviate discrimination or undue preferences between different classes of customers or public utilities and/or operators;
• Prepares utilities drafts of decisions and orders thereon recommends the proper rates or schedule of rates and
• Performs other related work

*Applicant who fail to submit complete documentary requirements as prescribed shall not be included in the evaluation.


Other Relevant Information:

*Candidate/s found by the PSB to have met the Minimum Qualification Requirements and successfully hurdled the Assessment Process will be certified by the PSB as qualified for appointment/promotion to the subject vacancy.
