and CSC Announcement No. 12, Series of 2020, on the Alternative Work Arrangements in Light of Code Red Sublevel 2, the National Water Resources Board has created a skeletal force that shall attend to your transactions, such as the filing of water permit applications, in order not to hamper the delivery of our services.
We, nonetheless value the safety and well-being of our personnel, especially those assigned as skeletal force. In order to minimize person to person interaction and prevent the spread of the disease, we encourage all those who intend to file their applications to maximize the use of the Water Permit Management Information System (WPMIS), and file their applications by accessing tlcpay.ph/NWRB. All supporting documents may be scanned and sent together with the on-line applications. The hardcopy of your applications may be sent via mail or courier. We shall inform you of the acceptance of your application and instructions will be given in regard to payment of filing fee, online. Please do not forget to indicate your e-mail address, where we may effectively communicate with you.
As earlier announced, all hearings in the Water Rights Division scheduled from March 16, 2020 to April 12, 2020 are POSTPONED, since domestic travel is strictly restricted. The NWRB shall issue the necessary Orders for the rescheduling of said hearings.
